Howdy friends! Hope this is a great day wherever you are. We are inspired by spring and our busy studio has chalk dust flying everywhere! This 20 foot long chalkboard menu is on it’s way to the Bahamas (wish we were too…). “The Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club is a private, property owners only club community perched on the northern 600 acres of Great Guana Cay in the Abaco family islands of the Bahamas, located just 190 miles off the southern coast of Florida.”
The restaurant at their marina decided to update their menu and asked us to create a fun, colourful and easy to read chalkboard menu for them. We worked with their chef, Garry, on the theme of seafood, seashells and nautical themes. The colours for a beach side eatery are so much fun. This chalkboard menu sign is so large that it was created in three large pieces that will be assembled on site. Consequently, Dave and I wish we could install on-site for them.
