SHIPPING

The majority of our signs get shipped! Whether it is across Canada, Hawaii, NY, Florida, California, or anywhere in the US... even Brazil and Hong Kong have some of our signs (look out Europe and Asia)! Because they don't smudge, they can really go anywhere! We have researched the best possible rates for our domestic and international shipments!

We work with UPS, Purolator, and DHL (all purely dependant on the size of the box), as well as a more independent freight forwarding company for our Air services and overseas shipments. Generally the shipping charges are added to the final invoice and are dependent on the size/weight of the package and the destination. You are also more than welcome to use any shipper that you chose especially if you are wanting to take advantage of your frequent shipper discounts.

US & INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
Boards that are being shipped outside the local area must be paid in full prior to delivery. To ensure we have adequate packaging to see that your sign(s) arrive safely, we do charge a small packing and handling charge on all shipped chalkboard orders. Shipping can take from 3 to 7 business days.*

Governmental duty, taxes, and customs broker fees may apply to all US and International orders and are not always included in our shipping costs. We do have a customs bond so the rates are lower. If a 'brokerage fee' amount is not present on your invoice, then you will be billed separately by the customs broker. Please check with US or your local customs for more information on exact costs.

Contact us if you would like an estimate or more information... please remember to include your zip/postal code.

* Issues due to customs delays or damages to the packages happen VERY RARELY, but they can happen. We strongly recommend insurance and if there are damages to any packages, we will do our best to assist in remedying the situation, but we are not liable to replace the sign if the package is damaged and it is not covered by insurance. Customs delays are very occasional and are unfortunately unavoidable.
