CUSTOM CHALK MENUS AND SPECIALS BOARDS

Our full sized menu boards are custom designed and made to order. Each board is entirely handcrafted, from the construction of the chalkboard to the writing of the text and artwork. The boards are cut to any shape or size so they will fit in your ideal space. The initial layout is professionally designed to ensure maximum readability for your clients. All the artwork and the lettering is illustrated by hand, so your sign will truly be a work of art, yet clear and concise for your clients! With hundreds of chalk signs under our belt, there is no chicken scratching here! The boards can also be customized to include your logo, colors and style of your establishment.

Once the artwork is complete, the boards are weather sealed so they will be durable and long lasting-even outdoors or high traffic areas! For those ever changing specials, we can create a chalkboard for you with headings and illustrations, but can also leave an area blank to use as a standard chalkboard. We pride ourselves on the variety of illustrative styles that lend itself very well to the décor of today's cafes, restaurants, markets, theaters and retail shops.

The signs can then be complemented with frames (stained or painted to match), routed edges, buffet stand frames, or done as a sandwich board.

Doesn't Chalk Smudge?
Absolutely not... not ours... no way! We have spent countless hours...(days if you will) testing different systems for creating effective chalk signs that actually do not smudge! The artwork is sealed to prevent smudging and give the board a degree of water repellency. Although the artwork is made to be permanent, spaces can be left to give you the flexibility of a standard chalkboard. Also, chalkboard plaques can be constructed to adhere to the menu board using hooks or screws allowing you the flexibility to regularly change any item.
